I always wanted to be a physiotherapist to help people to restore, maintain and maximize their strength, function, movement and overall well-being. Only recently I had the possibility and time to start my dreams comes true. I completed Level 5 Diploma at Cambridge School of Sports Massage. I have enjoyed studying and become fascinated about human body and it’s possibilities. During this time I had the chance to practice my skills on sports injuries, work related problems as well as chronic conditions. I am passionate about how human body’s work and finding out the roots of the problem to help others living their best life’s.
After my pregnancy I have gained weight, which was my problem and insecurity. I started to eat healthy and exercise. This became my habit and hobby. Now I love cooking simple, quick healthy meals, and working out is a part of my daily routine. I strongly believe that being active and balance diet can really improve our lives. My journey taught me that human bodies are capable of anything once you really want it and you put an effort to achieve your goals.
Additionally I like to spend my free time outside in nature to clear my head and boost my energy.
