Migle recently graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy degree. She was awarded an additional Gold Go Herts award for an exceptional voluntary contribution to university sport, research, and co-curricular activities. Migle has a particular interest in back pain and musculoskeletal injuries.
Migle has developed a variety of skills throughout her early career, having previously worked within the F.A.S.T clinic team as an intern throughout 2019/2020 academic year. In addition to her experience within a clinical setting, she has also worked in a variety of sports, such as football, athletics, cross country, basketball, hockey as well as British Swimming club. Migle has also provided soft tissue work for sports events, including the London Marathon and Shelford Fun Run. She additionally spent a few months volunteering as a physiotherapist assistant for the physiotherapy clinic.
Migle specialises in treating acute and chronic sports injuries, working with active people, recreational and professional athletes, helping them to get back to sport quickly and prevent further injuries.
She has a strong passion for swimming and has done so since a very young age. She began swimming since she was 4 years old which led her to join the finswimming club and swim competitively for 5 years. She travelled to European countries with her club for European championships and CMAS world cups and she got qualified for her 50m surface and 50m apnoea finswimming time for masters’ nationals. Migle is also particularly interested in strength and conditioning training, fitness as well as nutrition.
Outside of work Migle loves staying active, going to the gym, riding a bike, travelling, reading psychological books, and meditating.
