Yup, you train 3+ times a week. You’re awesome, amazing and at least ten times fitter and healthier than all your mates. I mean those 3 hrs of Crossfit, that more than makes up for the 40+hrs of sitting you do a week, right?? Hmmm….
Sneak in some situps, good mornings, single leg squats, wall pressups, hollow body practice, you know what ‘anything’ into your day tomorrow.
Set yourself the challenge, for every hr that you spend sitting complete 10 reps or 30 secs of one of the following:
- Reverse Lunges
- Calf raises
- Good mornings
- Step ups/stair climbs/stair sprints
- Hip Bridges
Get off that ass!
