Field Massage

Nicki qualified at the London School of Sports Massage in 2011 and has since established a very busy practice, working out of three locations: her home practice in St Ives, a chiropractic clinic in Ware and a strength and conditioning gym in Dry Drayton. Nicki is passionate about how and why the human body moves and is on a personal mission to help people personally experience that lasting relief from pain can be much closer than they think. She has a specific interest in hypermobility and the challenges that people living with this condition face, having overcome many of them herself. Nicky uses a wide range of neuro-muscular and other soft tissue release techniques, as well as deep tissue massage, stretching and re-hab exercises, specialising in myo-fascial release.

CrossFit RNA

The CrossFit program is designed for scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we do not change programs. You won't have to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set. We pride ourselves on working with people of all ability levels and making them better. Furthermore, our target population is not specific to age or gender, instead we are welcoming anyone who is willing to work hard and keep an open mind to CrossFit principles.
