Changes to services: none

As the situation progresses we’ll add weekly updates here to any changes relevant to you as our clients on the clinic and our services.

Hygiene:

As a clinic our hygiene practices are reviewed regularly and our most recent review in Aug 2019 means our current practices are 100% following the guidance currently recommended by the Government (so no changes needed!). This includes hand washing, hand sanitiser, cleaning of couches between appts and use of couch roll.

To help reduce the spread of any infections there are tissues and bins for disposal available in all rooms of the building. 

We have an external cleaning company who have also contacted us to update that they are increasing the depth of cleans and the products used during this time.

We’ll continue with our normal sickness policy requiring our team to work from home and to rearrange any appts as/when needed.

Services:

We had already had plans to begin delivering online based appts and classes and we are bringing this forward to ensure everything is smooth running in the case of any forced closure.

We have a number of contingency plans in place in order to be able to continue delivering care but without the need for in person appts if required.

And our normal cancellation policy is in place so please cancel and/or rearrange any appts with more than 24hrs notice so that we can offer the slot to someone else.
