All classes fall under a category of Heal, Mobilise or Strengthen to help you choose which meets your body's needs best right now! Simply click on the class title to get more info about that particular class.

Classes are £5 each and are online Zoom classes - the link to join will be in your confirmation email

Why are your classes Heal, Mobilise & Strengthen based?
Great question! All our classes are designed by therapists, so our schedule is more than a little different to your usual fitness studio!
Classes focused on relaxation, recovery & restoration
Perfect if you currently have pain/fatigue, recovering from injury, want to calm your nervous system or as a way of giving back to your body and building body awareness (aka couples counselling for you & your body!).
You'll also learn more about massage, how & why we experience pain and add new skills to your TLC toolbox
Our current Heal Classes are:
Explore your body, open up & create new movement options with stretching, mobility & movement
These classes are designed to give you and your body freedom! Learn to explore your body with new stretches & drills whilst as the same time understanding how to adapt these for YOUR body and its needs that day.
Gain more options & control of your body by opening up new ranges of movement all under the caring instruction of our therapists. Understand the feelings of different stretches & movements, how they are helping your body and over time feel confident in your ability to know which movements are best for that morning stiffness vs evening tension!

Join our Strengthen classes to build a robust, strong & healthy body
These specifically focus on developing your ability to bounce back quickly, maintain or increase your day-to-day movements consolidating all the work and knowledge you've gain from our Heal & Mobilise classes. Giving you the confidence to take your body health into your own hands.
Uncover often missed areas of strength such as shoulder & ankle control to build...strong...easily working alongside any current training or exercise you may (or may not!) be doing right now.
